Both yaks and nomads depend on each other for many reasons. That's why Mongolian nomads feel their domestic animals are their family members.

This Scarf, Shawl, and Covers are made of three different Natural Colors of Yak.

The wool is collected not by shearing or plucking but gathered as the animal sheds its coat. The outer wool and the undercoat are supposed to be at the same time, and later, with the help of combing, the coarse outer hairs are separated from the finer ones.

Yak wool consists of yak cashmere, inter-blended wool, and fleece. The coarse fiber is also waterproof, so nomads use it for coats, carpets, and the outer layers of their yurts.
We select the finest downy fibers for garments, clothes, and blankets which touch the skin directly.

Pure Yak Wool has high moisture-managing properties and even becomes softer with use.
